The ins and outs of working out.


Today I had an orange and a english muffin with peanut butter. for dinner i had a mini quesadilla before softball. then when i got home i had a turkey sandwich with tomato. For a treat i had an itty bitty bit of ice cream.


So I have lost track of my days because I messed up with the weekend. Today I did one level 2 and one level 1 of the 30 day shred. I only have 2 more days to make up for my workout. this should be interesting. especially because my boyfriend would be here in 2 days. we will see!

Day 10: Workout

So technically if I had done every day I would be on day 10, but I am on day 7. For the next 3 days I am going to do 2 workouts a day to be able to catch up. We will see how this goes. My boyfriend will be here friday! I hope he sees a difference!
